Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Partner Development Account Representative, IT Finance - France, Paris (ref: J2010). This is a hybrid role to maximise financial solution sales through managing a group of strategic channel partners as well as developing and closing business with their direct customer base.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Educate the Channel Partner Sales Teams on the benefits of financial solutions offerings to close multi-year, medium to multi-million Euro transactions within assigned enterprise and commercial customers
Call on the key decision-makers at the end-user to understand their explicit needs and become a trusted advisor to the account.
Meet or exceed all assigned quota elements.
Influence the Request for Proposal criteria before formal RFPs are issued to the market.
Further penetrate assigned accounts by identifying opportunity for add-on sales.
Manage the account relationship as the primary point person for financial solutions/
Assume responsibility for the successful implementation of financing solutions as well as the on-going servicing of the account for the entire life cycle of the agreement.
Influence sales teams to include fnancial solutions in all addressable proposals.
Maintain an accurate and timely updated pipeline and forecast.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Typically 2+ years’ lease finance sales experience in IT Finance, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
French and English language requirements.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding assigned quota.
University degree preferred.
Working with a Strategic Joint Business plan.
Selling at senior executive levels in large companies.
Successful negotiation of contracts.
Demonstrated leadership in situations without authority.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
In depth knowledge of financing and asset management industry offerings and able to differentiate our business value from competitive offerings.
Willingness to travel across France.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
