Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Relationship Director, Reseller and Broker IT Finance - UK, (SE Eng or Mids or NW Eng) (ref: J2054) to manage strategy and relationships across the Indirect channel; IT Resellers and Brokers. This is a field based role and you will ideally be based in SE Eng, Mids or NW Eng.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop and execute an Indirect strategy that focuses on market segments that can generate appropriate returns whilst recognising risk appetite and operational constraints.
Proactively source Indirect Relationships from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting or working with existing sales team where relationships already exist.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing Indirect Relationships via telephone, emails, and regular face to face review meetings.
Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential Indirect markets, building commercial proposals and negotiating terms of an agreement, gathering market and customer information.
Ensure the products are marketed using the appropriate methods and route to market.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Self-motivated and driven to achieve objectives set.
Experience of working with and managing the expectations of key stakeholders and the ability to build strong, working relationships based on trust and credibility.
Experience of building and maintaining relationships within either the Reseller or Broker market is necessary.
Have a full understanding of all finance offerings and associated services within the IT Finance space with proven experience of generating lease business volumes from indirect routes.
Experience of new business development from a strategic perspective with IT Finance introducers.
You will ideally be based in SE Eng, Mids or NW Eng.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
