Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Motor Finance (ref: J2115) to work within their Vehicle Finance division. You will be responsible for liaising with existing and prospective clients as well as internal and external customers to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained in order to achieve business targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Build and maintain direct new and existing relationships and utilise other introductory sources for example Accountants, Vendors or Client referral.
Achieve own targets of new deals, volume and income by building and maintaining a level of direct new enquiries, attending networking events and identify and secure opportunities for new business and contacts.
Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients / introducers when required; complete risk templates for sanction of the facility, chasing outstanding enquires and paperwork on deals, maintain CRM system, attend sales team meetings.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset based finance industry products and services, competitors, introducers, risks, client industry, market and sectors.
Work with all departments in order to exceed client expectations.
Provide consistent and accurate information on the CRM systems to support the production and completion of regular sales analysis and reports.
Understand and prepare asset finance proposals for underwriting.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Previous experience of working in a sales related environment is essential and previous finance experience in leasing is desired.
Numeracy, literacy and IT skill across Microsoft office, in particular Excel and Outlook planning and organising.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work alone but also part of a team.
Able to interpret statutory and management accounts.
Have good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Hold a full driving license.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
