salary and on target earnings will range from £50,000 -c£60,000+ depending on experience with excellent large company benefits including company car, car allowance and a very generous pension.
Our client seeks an account manager to join its national sales team focussed on developing hard asset dealer driven business across the South West of England, South Wales & West Midlands.
You will inherit and manage business from dealers operating in the construction, transport and industrial sectors your role will be engender the early & pro-active use of finance to achieve volume, margin and finance penetration targets.
You will not only manage up volumes from current dealer partners but will also work with management to identify target and win new dealers taking business directly from competitors.
You will work with dealer sales staff and management to ensure early, effective & pro-active use of finance, training sales staff and assisting in the closing of larger transactions as appropriate to help dealers achieve their own targets.
Internally you will work with sales support, credit, operations, collections and asset management to provide dealers with the highest possible levels of service.
- You will live on the sales area have a sales background in dealer driven hard asset finance ideally of construction assets but applications from those with experience of dealer driven LCV, HGV, trailers and or industrial assets are welcomed.
- You will be hungry, personable, determined, resilient, positive, hardworking with an excellent work ethos. You must also have a stable & successful work record and be seeking to commit to a role for 2+ years and have the ability to thrive in a large company.
