Our client a leading financier (a head lessor not a broker) are seeking two additional Regional Sales Manager to join their existing national sales team. One to drive business across Glasgow to Edinburgh area.

Your role will be sell our clients highly competitive range of car, LCV, motor home & caravan finance products through lease brokers and car dealers.

The primary focus is on used vehicles and our client has a very strong service proposition encompassing ability to finance vehicles up to 13 years old at end of term, ability to finance luxury vehicle to £150,000 advances plus great finance rates, on line credit submissions and esignarture approvals on the way, plus same day pay out of deals and dealer & broker commissions.

Your role will be to drive up volumes and engagement with vehicle brokers both actual and on line one and dealers on the sales are growing our clients share of available finance business.

Additionally you will work with the SMT to identify target & win new brokers and dealers liaising with credit, pricing, operations as necessary to provide a high quality & responsive service.

Candidate Profile:

  • We are seeking applicants who have extensive dealer and or broker driven car or LCV finance experience. You will need to live on the sales area will be home based but be expected to occasionally visit head office.
  • You will need the skills to be able to build effective and enduring relationships with existing and new brokers & dealers and be a hard working, responsible person who in effect treats their sales area as franchisee would.
  • You will be an organised team player able to thrive in a large group regulated environment who takes personal responsibility for the service you provide your customers and your own success.
