Our client a global financier who whom we have placed staff in a broad range of roles and in a number of countries seek additional Territory Managers to join its highly successful business unit financing HGV’s.

You will inherit & manage a number of high performing dealer relationships and be expected to strategically manage these relationship to achieve a number of targets including finance penetration levels, volume, margin & sale of insurance services.

Your role is to ensure that each dealer engages finance early in the sales process to ensure that our client receives first refusal on all retail finance potential.

You will work closely with each dealers sales & management to dealer principal level providing a service that will encompass everything from training dealer sales staff ibn the sale of finance solutions to personally assisting in the negotiation & closing of larger & more complex transactions.

You will also closely with colleagues in credit, operations, collections, insurance & asset management to fulfil your roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • You should live on the sales area and have a background that includes experience in asset financing; much preferred is actual experience of HGV & LCV financing.
  • Ideally you will have experience of not only closing deals direct but also of the working with & through dealers and understand when dealing indirect that your first customer is the dealer that introduces you to the deal.
  • You will be someone who has a stable work record & a demonstrable of success and a broad knowledge of different finance products HP, Lease Rental, Operating Lease Contract Hire etc.
  • You will be hard working, customer focussed and target orientated and be able to thrive in a large & complex company.
