£60,000 basic – uncapped commission plus a range of benefits including pension and healthcare  

We are looking for someone to identify the largest corporate fleets in the UK and build sustainable profitable relationships with them to convert their business to our Company within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To research and network to identify the best opportunities to grow the fleet through major new business acquisitions.
  • To provide support and share best practice with colleagues on major deals or tender renewals.
  • To ensure that all contact between the company and the customer is of the highest professional standard.
  • To develop innovative solutions to differentiate our company in the customer’s view and reach a conversion rate of 1 in 4 deals to achieve the delivery target set.
  • Responsible for development of commercial terms of deals to maximise profitable, sustainable business.
  • Develop the relationship with Bank colleagues to leverage our position with the largest potential customers.

Key Skills:

  • Must be a highly experienced major deal closer with experience of field sales and corporate business development in the fleet finance / vehicle leasing market.
  • Able to seek out, get in and develop very senior relationships at FTSE 100 companies.
  • Needs to be able to identify the most important customer factor and create a strategy to demonstrate that we are the most suitable partner to work with.
  • Excellent Communication skills including verbal, presentation and written.
  • You will demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and skill gained from extensive experience within this market place enabling the delivery of effective, profit maximising proposals.
  • You will also need to have the necessary influence and determination to drive action from across the whole of the company and from across the Asset Finance Division to deliver positive results.

Experience
Experience in the following would be useful: Fleet Finance, Vehicle Leasing, Asset Finance, Motor Finance, Field Sales, Area Sales, Territory Sales, UK Sales, Corporate Fleet Finance, Corporate Business Development, Relationship Manager, Sales Account Manager.
 

The Package
£60,000 basic – uncapped commission plus a range of benefits including pension and healthcare.
